At Southern Care and Comfort in Home Agency & Veteran Services, our skilled nursing services of a maintenance or preventative nature are provided to clients with stable chronic conditions. They are provided at the client’s residence and must be pre-authorized by a doctor. The nurse visit services are not intended as a treatment for an acute health condition but to assess the home and family situations to achieve the desired outcome in health-related activities for the client.
